Unbelievable Magic! Sacred Riana’s Haunting Magic Stuns AGT 2024 Judges & Leaves Audience Speechless
Simon Cowell’s Son Is Nearly as Tall as Dad in Rare ‘AGT’ Red Carpet Appearance
Whenever Simon Cowell’s son makes any kind of public appearance—be it on his social media pages or on the set of America’s Got Talent—fans can’t get over how grown the 10-year-old is.
On Sep. 3, the 64-year-old judge was joined by Eric when he walked the red carpet for the competition series’ Season 19 Quarterfinals at Hotel Dena in Pasadena, California.
The Cowell boys were joined by Simon’s fiancée Lauren Silverman, rounding out the excitement on the special and rare family appearance.
The trio smiled at the cameras, with Eric, clad in a crisp white t-shirt and blue jeans, striking a pose as he stood tall in front of his parents. The proud dad wrapped his arms around his son’s shoulders as he opted for a darker—yet still casual—look consisting of a navy tee and jeans, while Lauren brought the glam in a black top and black jeans, paired with a leopard-print jacket thrown over her shoulders. She completed the look with burgundy sling-back baby heels.
Eric’s growth spurt is evidenced by his prior appearance with his dad on the AGT red carpet for the season 18 finale last September. When comparing the photos, you can really see the difference a year makes, as, at the time, the then-9-year-old barely reached his dad’s shoulders, while the latest family photo op sees him towering by Simon’s chin.

Later in the evening, Simon had the final Live Golden Buzzer of the season, sending act Sebastián and Sonia directly to the finale, allowing them to skip the semifinals.
Earlier this summer, the English TV personality opened up about his past struggles in an emotional interview in an episode of The Diary Of A CEO podcast, revealing how his personal happiness went downhill after his father died in 1999 and he became a “ridiculous workaholic” for years.
He said Lauren’s call informing him that he was going to be a father “changed everything in my life.”
“It made me happy again,” he explained, before declaring that Eric “saved him.”
