All Things Creepy and Quirky at this Year’s Santos Knight Frank Halloween

Santos Knight Frank embraced the Halloween spirit on October 25 with a fun-filled celebration that brought employees and their families together. The office came alive with children eagerly trick-or-treating around the floor. Meanwhile, the staff members unleashed their creativity in contests that highlighted their resourcefulness and flair for design.
First, employees were challenged to transform their workspaces into settings from iconic Tim Burton films. From the dark ambiance of Dark Shadows to the whimsical world of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the surreal landscapes of Alice in Wonderland, and the haunting essence of Edward Scissorhands, each team poured their creativity into every detail.
With dimmed lights, intricate props, and eerie decor, each themed workspace created an atmosphere of creativity. This immersive experience transported everyone into the quirky, imaginative world that only Tim Burton could inspire.

While the judges toured each department’s imaginative designs, the kids joined in the fun by making their rounds for treats! Dressed in their best Tim Burton-inspired costumes, the children delighted in gathering sweets from every corner of the office. Their costumes ranged from miniature Mad Hatters to little Emilys from The Corpse Bride.
Finally, the night wrapped up with the announcement of the top three winners for Best Costume and Best Set Design, celebrating the creativity and hard work of everyone involved. Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone who made this Halloween celebration a success!
