New details of the actors Laura Prepon and Ben Foster’s divorce have finalized their divorce — and their settlement reveals a stark disparity in their finances.

According to divorce settlement documents, Foster, 44, makes more than three times as much per month as the former Orange Is The New Black Star.

Prepon, 45, earns $22,205.50 per month, while Foster takes in an impressive $70,509.92, according to In Touch.

The latest details about Prepon and Foster’s split come after the divorce — which was finalized on April 14 — took an ugly turn last month when she accused her ex of ‘habitual drunkenness’ in a blistering filing.

The couple had a prenuptial agreement on file, and they reportedly followed it in determining the divorce settlement.

Because of Foster’s considerably higher income, he will be required to pay his ex monthly child support payments.

He reportedly agreed to provide her $5,500 per month to help cover costs of their seven-year-old daughter Ella and their younger son, who was born in 2020 but has never had his name revealed.

Although the divorce settlement states that Prepon will be getting more time with the children, Foster will still share custody with her.

Her home will reportedly serve as the children’s primary residence, and they will spend 227 days of the year with her, while Foster will have them fo himself for 138 days, which comes out to a little over two-and-a-half days per week.

The settlement also dictates that the parents will be splitting tuition costs and other school expenses for Ella and her brother.

However, they agreed that Foster would not pay alimony, and both waived any rights to spousal support.

Prepon and Foster will get to keep any assets, including their bank accounts, stocks, investments and even crypto currency, that were already in their name.

Each had individual companies which will be kept separate, with Foster keeping all of his Perfect Bananafish business, while Prepon will retain her Laura P. Enterprises.

The exes also agreed to sell their home in Nashville and divvy up the proceeds, with Prepon receiving more favorable terms.

Foster previously filed to divorce Prepon in September 2024, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple had been married for six years, going back to their 2018 nuptials. The two had a brief courtship, as Foster had previously been in a relationship with Robin Wright before he began dating Prepon.

He and the Forrest Gump actress — who is 15 years his senior — began dating early in 2012 and got engaged two years later, but they called it off later in 2014.

The couple got back together early on in 2015, but they once again called off their engagement in late August 2015 and broke up for good.

After his engagement to Prepon in October 2016, the couple welcomed their daughter Ella in August 2017, before tying the knot in June of the following year.

Back to her roots: Laura Prepon shows off gorgeous natural hair

Last month, Prepon accused Foster of being ‘guilty of habitual drunkenness‘ in a court filing as part of their now-concluded divorce.

The move followed an amended divorce petition Foster filed earlier in March, in which he cited ‘inappropriate marital conduct’ as a reason for the split.

He claimed that Prepon had submitted him to ‘cruel and inhuman treatment,’ though she denied the claims in her subsequent filing and demanded ‘strict proof’ from her ex regarding his claims.

Despite Foster’s claims, he said both parents with ‘fit and proper’ caregivers.

However, Prepon denied that both were ‘fit and proper parents’ in her response and requested that her home be their children’s primary residence, which aligned with the eventual divorce settlement.
